Wright, J.:It is my view that the findings of fact made by the Board of Review require the legal conclusion that this claimant was not employed in agricultural labor as defined in the Unemployment Compensation Law. I would therefore reverse the Board’s decision on the ground that claimant’s services were performed in employment covered by the statute.
