Judgment reversed in so far as it adjudges that plaintiff recover a personal judgment against appellant Mae F. McNair, and in so far as it orders that any deficiency upon the sale of the real estate shall be made out of the property of appellant and in so far as it adjudges that she is entitled to nothing on Paragraphs II and III of her cross-complaint. *Page 399
