PER CURIAM: Tecnico Corporation seeks review of the Benefits Review Board's decision and order affirming the administrative law judge's award of longshore benefits pursuant to 33 U.S.C.A. §§ 901-50 (West 1986 & Supp. 1999). Our review of the record discloses that the Board's decision is based upon substantial evidence and is without reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the Board. See Tecnico Corporation v. Director, Office of Workers' Compensation Programs, BRB No. 97-961, (B.R.B. Apr. 8, 1998). Our decision renders moot Tecnico's motion to expedite this appeal. AFFIRMED 2
