Inmate Keljer King appeals from the denial without prejudice
of his motion for contempt. King’s appeal is totally without
merit. Indeed, his brief is a total affirmation that his claim is
really an individual claim for damages and not one for equitable

relief for a systemic violation of the final judgment in the Ruiz
v. Estelle case. King’s brief presents no argument or authority in
support of his complaint that the district court abused its
discretion in denying his contempt motion. Appellant’s appeal is
without arguable merit and is DISMISSED as frivolous.
