Petitioner moves for a stay of deportation pending petition for review. This case is governed by the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA), Pub. L. No. 104-208, 110 Stat. 3009, enacted on September 30, 1996. Petitioner filed his petition for review on May 18, 1999, four months afterward. Petitioner’s petition for review is therefore untimely. The stay motion and petition for review are DISMISSED.
