PER CURIAM.

The plaintiff has failed to exhaust his remedies with Civil Service Commission, and therefore the writ of mandamus is premature. Accordingly, the decision of the court of appeal granting the writ of mandamus is reversed, and the exception of prematurity is granted.

REVERSED.
