GARZA, Circuit Judges.* PER CURIAM:** Joseph Antoine Lee, Jr., appeals the sentence following his guilty plea conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Lee argues that the district court erred in refusing to grant him a three-level reduction for acceptance of responsibility.
