DECISION AWARDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COSTS1
On October 9, 2013, petitioner filed an application for attorneys’ fees and costs.
Petitioner requests $10,638.95 in attorneys’ fees and costs, consisting of $9,990.00 in attorneys’
fees and $648.95 in attorneys’ costs.
On October 17, 2013, respondent’s counsel filed a response indicating that respondent
does not object to petitioner’s request for attorneys’ fees and costs. The undersigned finds
petitioner’s request to be reasonable. Accordingly, the court awards $10,638.95, representing

In the absence of a motion for review filed pursuant to RCFC Appendix B, the clerk of
