On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the February 11, 2014
order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because the defendant has
failed to meet the burden of establishing entitlement to relief under MCR 6.508(D). The
motion for production of transcripts, to stay proceedings/hold case in abeyance, and to
remand to trial court for decision on motion for production of transcripts is DENIED.
The motion to dismiss the criminal bindover, conviction and sentence is DENIED. The
motion to amend presentence information report is DENIED.
