App. P. 9.8. review (including filing a petition for writ of mandamus with this court), 3 the trial court sent notice of the court’s intent to dismiss for want of prosecution.4 This notice was sent to L.R.L. at the wrong address. Appellee the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services concedes that the trial court’s failure to provide adequate notice of its intent to dismiss this case for want of prosecution requires reversal.5 Accordingly, we reverse the trial court’s order of dismissal and remand this case for further proceedings.
