ALVIN DEWAYNE STRONG, Appellant
Â
V.
Â
THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
                                             Â
On Appeal from the 282nd Judicial District Court
Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court No. F05-25798-WS
                                                Â
Before Morriss, C.J., Ross and Carter, JJ.
Memorandum Opinion by Chief Justice Morriss
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Alvin Dewayne Strong appeals from his conviction for theft of a generator owned by Israel Hernandez. Five indictments were tried together. Strong pled guilty to the charges pursuant to a plea bargain agreement and was placed on five years' community supervision. The trial court revoked Strong's community supervision and sentenced Strong to two years' imprisonment. The cases have been appealed separately.
Because the briefs and arguments raised therein are identical in all five appeals, for the reasons stated in Alvin Dewayne Strong v. The State of Texas, cause number 06-05-0261-CR, we likewise resolve the issues in this appeal in favor of the State.
We affirm the judgment of the trial court.

                                           Memorandum Opinion by Justice Moseley
                                                    MEMORANDUM OPINION
Â
Appellant, Marshall Shane Hicks, filed a notice of appeal May 28, 2010, from the trial courtÂs order dated May 14, 2010, denying a change of venue.Â
The trial courtÂs order is not a final, appealable judgment. We have jurisdiction to hear an appeal from a final judgment or from interlocutory orders as expressly authorized by statute. See Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code Ann. § 51.012 (Vernon Supp. 2009), § 51.014 (Vernon 2008). This order does not fit either criteria, and we thus have no authority to consider the appeal. In accordance with Tex. R. App. P. 42.3, we provided notice to Hicks, requesting that he show this Court how we had jurisdiction over this appeal. We have received Hicks response, and considered it. We do not find it to be persuasive.
We dismiss this appeal for want of jurisdiction.
