The case involves the appellant’s eligibility to run for the Board of Trustees of Texas Southmost College District. This case is before the Court on appellees’ motion to dismiss appeal as moot. No response has been filed by the appellant. The Court, having considered the documents on file and appellees’ motion to dismiss the appeal, is of the opinion that the motion should be granted. See TEX . R. APP. P. 42.1(a). Appellees’ motion to dismiss is GRANTED, and the appeal is hereby DISMISSED. Costs will be taxed against appellant. See TEX . R. APP.
