Having reviewed the record and the parties’ arguments, the Court holds that there was no reversible error in the district court’s April 15 order and that the appeal of the April 28 order is moot. Therefore, the Court affirms the district court’s April 15, 2014 order and dismisses as moot the appeal of the district court’s April 28, 2014 order. The appellant shall pay all costs relating to this appeal, both in this Court and the court below.
