However, it appears the trial court has not ruled on the application for writ of habeas corpus. See TEX. R. APP. P. 26.2; 44.3. Thus, there is no final order to appeal, and we have no jurisdiction of this appeal. Id. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.1 1 A motion for rehearing may be filed within 15 days after the judgment or order of this Court is rendered. TEX. R. APP. P. 49.1.
