Terrell, Judge Presiding ORDER On February 4, 2014, the appellant, Melissa Hernandez, filed a motion for new trial and a notice of appeal. On June 16, 2014, the trial court clerk filed the clerk’s record. On June 19, 2014, the court reporter responsible for preparing the reporter’s record in this appeal filed a notification of late record, stating that the appellant has failed to pay or make arrangements to pay the fee for preparing the reporter’s record.
