MEMORANDUM OPINION

          Relator, Wilton Earl Winfrey, petitioned for writ of mandamus asking that we require the trial court to grant his motion to enter a judgment and sentence nunc pro tunc.[1]

 

          We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.
