Having reviewed the record and the parties’ arguments, the Court holds that there was reversible error in the district court’s order. Therefore, the Court vacates the district court’s order granting the temporary injunction, dissolves the temporary injunction, and renders judgment dismissing the Charter Holders’ suits for want of jurisdiction. The appellees shall pay all costs relating to this appeal, both in this Court and the court below. 1 Michael L. Williams was the Commissioner of Education when this appeal was filed.
