This is in response to your request for our review of the Intermunicipal Service Agreement ("Agreement") dated September 23, 1988 and an Addendum to that Agreement dated March 17, 1989, pursuant to A.C.A. 25-20-101, et seq.
It is my conclusion that the Agreement and Addendum are in proper form and compatible with the laws of this state. They are, therefore, hereby approved.
