AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM OF DECISION The memorandum of decision dated October 18, 2002, on page 8, is corrected as follows: "in total damages of $469,750 less deposit of $7060, in all $462,690 plus interest at the rate of eight percent per annum from May 4, 2060 to the date of payment."
