[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] MEMORANDUM OF DECISION The defendant filed a motion to reopen the judgment entered on April 29, 1991. In his brief the defendant wrongly asserts that the start of the four month period begins to run in this matter April 30, 1991. This assertion is incorrect. The four month period begins to run the day judgment was entered. Accordingly, this court has no authority to reopen the judgment.
