In an application for rehearing, counsel for plaintiff directs our attention to the fact that we inadvertently failed to tax the *Page 974 costs of this appeal against defendant. Accordingly, our decree is amended to the extent that the costs of this appeal are to be paid by defendant. All other costs to await final disposition of the case.
