The pleadings, issues, and judgment in this case are identical with those in the case of Vincent Orlando v. Reliance Homestead Association (La. Sup.) 132 So. 7771 this day decided. For the reasons assigned in the opinion handed down in that case, the judgment appealed from herein is affirmed, at respondent's costs in both courts.
