ON SUGGESTION OF ERROR. The suggestion of error here attacks not only the substantive findings of the original opinion, but seeks to *Page 119 point out what are, at most, irregularities of expression or gratuitous comments upon minor aspects of the litigation. Although conceding the possibility that such inadvertencies may be found, we adhere to the conclusions reached, as well as to the bases therefor.
