The foregoing opinion of SPERRY, C., is adopted as the opinion of the court. The judgment is reversed and the cause remanded with directions to modify the judgment so that it shall permit the operation of the business now conducted at 707-709 Linwood Boulevard, or any business of the same or of a higher classification, as the same is defined in the ordinance heretofore mentioned.
