PER CURIAM:* Court-appointed counsel for Alejandro Acevedo-Garcia has moved for leave to withdraw from this appeal and has filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). Counsel has notified this court that she has no information on the whereabouts of her client and that it is her understanding that soon after he was sentenced, he was deported to Mexico. Accordingly, counsel’s motion for leave to withdraw is GRANTED, counsel is excused from further responsibilities herein, and the APPEAL IS DISMISSED. See 5TH CIR. R. 42.2.
