State v. McGinnis, Unpublished Decision (5-10-2006)

{¶ 54} I concur in judgment only as to assignment of error number two as the reason for appellant's objections to the out-of-court statements was apparent from the context. Nonetheless, any error in their admission was harmless as there was overwhelming evidence to support appellant's conviction. See,State v. Moritz (1980), 63 Ohio St. 2d 150. I concur with the remainder of the majority's opinion.
