{¶ 68} I concur with the majority's analysis as to Assignments of Error I through IV and VI through VIII. I also concur with the majority's result as to Assignment of Error V. However, I would limit the analysis by simply referring to our opinion in State v. Miyamoto, 3rd Dist. No. 14-05-43,2006-Ohio-1776.
