{¶ 24} I concur in upholding the trial court's grant of attorney fees. But I dissent in that I would award attorney fees for this appeal. As I said in the underlying case, the $2500 sanction, which the majority calls "attorney fees," is woefully inadequate. If fees are awarded, they should at least approximate the amount actually expended — which, according to counsel's affidavit, was $23,218.47.
