OPINION — AG — A CANDIDATE MAY USE THE NAME THAT SHE USED IN WINNING THE PRIMARY ELECTION, OR HER NEW MARRIED NAME, IF SHE SO DESIRED. IN THE ABSENCE OF A SPECIAL REQUEST FROM THE CANDIDATE, THE COUNTY ELECTION BOARD SECRETARY WOULD BE JUSTIFIED IN USING THE SAME NAME ON THE BALLOT IN THE GENERAL ELECTION AS WAS USED IN THE PRIMARY.
