A PHARMACIST MAY, HOWEVER, FILL AND DELIVER A PRESCRIPTION BY MAIL IF HE IS PERSONALLY ACQUAINTED WITH THE CUSTOMER AND IF THE CIRCUMSTANCES DICTATE THAT SUCH A METHOD OF DELIVERY IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF THE CUSTOMER.
