IT DOES NOT APPLY TO REAL PROPERTY. THERE IS NO STATUTORILY PRESCRIBED METHOD BY WHICH AN INSURANCE COMPANY MUST DIVEST ITSELF OF REAL PROPERTY OWNED OR HELD IN CONTRAVENTION OF LAW.
