Plaintiff in error, Virgil Hargraves, was convicted in the county court of Carter county on a charge of selling intoxicating liquor, and on the 29th day of November, 1910, adjudged to pay a fine of fifty dollars and be imprisoned in the county jail for a period of thirty days. Upon a careful examination of the record we find no error prejudicial to the substantial rights of the plaintiff in error. The judgment of the trial court is, therefore, affirmed. *Page 720
