The plaintiff in error, M.A. Stitch, was convicted at the January, 1912, term of the county court of Payne county on a charge of unlawfully selling intoxicating liquor, and his punishment fixed at imprisonment in the county jail for a period of six months, and a fine of $200. Upon a careful examination of the record we find no error sufficient to justify a reversal of the judgment. It is therefore in all things affirmed.
