Appellant presents a persuasive motion, insisting that the testimony in this case is not sufficient to show his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. This court uniformly declines to interfere where from the record we conclude that enough testimony was before the jury to furnish them a fair basis for their conclusion. We think such is the case here.
The motion for rehearing will be overruled.
