Only a formal motion for rehearing by the State was made after a reversal of this case during the latter part of the last term of this court. Said motion calls attention to no part of our opinion which is deemed contrary to the law, and advances no reason and cites no authorities why said motion should be granted. Same is, therefore, overruled.
