In the motion for rehearing, appellant reiterates in substance his contention upon the original hearing. After a careful re-examination of the record in the light of the motion, and the opinion upon the original hearing, we are constrained to conclude that the judgment heretofore rendered reflects the proper disposition of the appeal.
The motion for rehearing is overruled.
