The contention of the appellant touching the claim that the execution of a new bond under the circumstances detailed in the original opinion renders the forfeiture of the bond upon which the judgment is entered unauthorized has received full consideration upon the original hearing, and the conclusion there reached is deemed sound. A further discussion of the matter is pretermitted.
