I am obliged to dissent. The condemnation sought herein is for right of way merely, on which poles are to be set, with power transmission lines attached thereto. It needs no more room for them than if the appropriator merely contemplated carrying electricity for public use from its Baker River plant to Mount Vernon.
It is very different from appropriating the site, means and materials for same, as was the case in State ex rel. Harris v.Superior Court, supra. *Page 318
