ON REHEARING. [En Banc. June 7, 1927.] Upon a rehearing En Banc, a majority of the court adheres to the opinion heretofore filed herein. The judgment is therefore reversed, and the cause is remanded with instructions to overrule the motion for judgment on the pleadings and proceed further not inconsistent with that opinion.
