my duties listed below preclude working on this record: This started out as an expedited appeal involving
two companies suing each other. I received a deposit and letter of intent four days after the appellate process
had already began. Although I have diligently tried to complete this, as reflected by my requests for
extensions, I find myself in the position of requesting another extension. Sunday, October 25th, my internet
and cable went dead. I called the first thing Monday and was told it would be today before anyone could
o Other. (Explain.): check on it. So I have been unable to either send or receive anything until today.
I would respectfully request you to consider a 5 day extension to finally complete this Statement of
Facts. Thank you for any consideration you deem appropriate. for
