On June 4, 2015, the First Court of Appeals issued a published opinion in case number 01-13-0093l—CR, styled Melissa Dromgoole v. The State of Texas, affirming Appellant’s conviction. Appellant filed a Motion for Rehearing on July 1, 2015. Appellant filed an Amended Motion for Rehearing on July 13, 2015. On July 23, 2015, the Court of Appeals denied the motion for rehearing, vacated and withdrew its opinion of June 4, 2015, and issued a new published opinion affirming Appellant’s conviction. Appellant filed a Motion for Rehearing and Motion for En Banc Reconsideration on August 4, 2015. On August 20, 2015 these motions were denied and the Court issued a corrected opinion. Appellant’s petition for discretionary review is due on September 21, 2015. Appellant requests that the Court extend the time for filing the petition until October 21, 2015. September 22, 2015 II. This motion is not brought for purposes of delay but so that justice may be served.
