GROUNDS FOR MOTION
1. Appellant’s Brief is due to be filed in Court on June 5, 2015.
2. Due to the illness of 2 of counsel’s children and the serious nature of an illness of
another of counsel’s children, counsel has spent a large amount of time tending
to unexpected medical issues and is in need of more time to adequately draft
and file Appellant’s Brief.
3. Appellant is asking for a 14-day extension.
4. This is Appellant’s second request for an extension.
