v
John Purvis, appellant.
Paul Skip Laisure, New York, NY (Samuel Barr of counsel), for appellant.
Eric Gonzalez, District Attorney, Brooklyn, NY (Leonard Joblove and Arieh Schulman of counsel; West Overstreet on the memorandum), for respondent.
DECISION & ORDER
Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from a sentence of the Supreme Court, Kings County (John G. Ingram, J.), imposed November 7, 2016, on the ground that the sentence was excessive.
ORDERED that the sentence is affirmed.
The defendant's valid waiver of his right to appeal precludes appellate review of his contention that the sentence imposed was excessive (see People v Bradshaw, 18 NY3d 257, 264-267; People v Ramos, 7 NY3d 737, 738).
MASTRO, J.P., LEVENTHAL, MILLER, DUFFY and LASALLE, JJ., concur.
