DECISION & ORDER

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Dena E. Douglas, J.), rendered September 20, 2017, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree and menacing in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

ORDERED that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant has failed to establish any basis for the relief that he seeks on this appeal. Accordingly, the judgment must be affirmed.
