PER CURIAM: Anthony Andrews appeals the district court’s order denying his postjudgment motions. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. United States v. Andrews, No. 7:16-cr- 00030-D-3 (E.D.N.C Aug. 24, 2020). We deny Andrews’ motions to expedite as moot. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
