Upon consideration of the joint stipulation of counsel for the respective parties, it is
Ordered that the appeal in this cause commenced by notice of appeal and joinder in appeal filed in the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, on February 9, 1960, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
