Upon consideration of the notice of dismissal filed in the above styled cause by counsel for the respective parties, it is
Ordered that the appeal in this cause commenced by notice of appeal filed in the Circuit Court for Brevard County, Florida, on August 11, 1960, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
