I have no doubt but that the meaning- • ful majority opinion correctly and fully sets forth the law upon the subjects covered. My dissent is necessary only because I am convinced that the trial judge found that the movant (petitioner here) did not establish that the information which the attorneys used was confidential information. There is, in my opinion, reasonable ground for such a finding. I would deny certi-orari.
