L Given that I would find no error by the trial court in granting the State’s “reverse-Batson” motion in State v. Bourque, 12-1358 (La.App. 3 Cir. 6/5/13) 114 So.3d 642, 2013 WL 2420892, Defendant, in my view, would qualify as a habitual offender. Accordingly, I respectfully dissent.
