Lawrence Allen WIMBISH, Petitioner-Appellant,
v.
William P. ROGERS, Warden; Attorney General of the State of
Virginia, Respondent-Appellees.
No. 86-6613.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted Sept. 26, 1986.
Decided Jan. 5, 1987.
Before WIDENER, CHAPMAN, and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.
Lawrence Allen Wimbish, appellant pro se.
Robert B. Condon, Office of Attorney General of Virginia.
PER CURIAM:
A review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that an appeal from its order refusing habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2254 would be without merit. Because the dispositive issues recently have been decided authoritatively, we deny leave to proceed in forma pauperis, deny a certificate of probable cause to appeal, dispense with oral argument, and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the district court. Wimbish v. Rogers, C/A No. 86-71-R (E.D.Va., April 30, 1986).
DISMISSED.
